We ask that anyone with a fever, cough, or shortness of breath reschedule their appointment and not come to the clinic. Please contact your primary care physician and follow their instructions. Our clinics remain open in Springfield, Decatur, Taylorville, Shelbyville, and Sullivan. We encourage you to keep your appointments. If you would like to reschedule your appointment to a later date, please call our office (217-787-2700) to do so. Our clinic at the Carlinville Area Hospital has been temporarily closed until March 31st. Until that time, all Carlinville patients may be seen in Springfield or rescheduled when the Carlinville clinic is reopened.

A Pharmacy is also available within the clinic for added convenience and care. Patients are able to obtain medical prescriptions at the clinic after their appointment.
